Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Canada Post - rates are calculated directly from their service. In stock items will be shipped within 1-4 business days. Made-to-order items will ship within 1-3 business days of item completion. If your estimated shipping date varies from these estimates, we will contact you. Shipping times vary - please see service details at checkout page. Rayscraft Auto Development will not be held responsible for any delays or issues relating to shipping carrier issues - these must be resolved by contacting Canada Post directly. Local delivery (Edmonton, AB) may be available on a case-by-case basis, and only for wholesale customers. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are interested in local delivery.

Shipments to the United States are also available through Canada Post - rates are calculated directly from their service. Due to varying border processing times, Rayscraft Auto Development Ltd. cannot guarantee shipping times to the United States. Customers from the United States accept all responsibility for the payment of any duties, taxes, fees or tariffs that may apply to international orders.
